Senior Parent General Meeting
September 13, 2010
6:30 p.m.

Agenda
I. Financials:
A check for $500.00 was written to the Frisco Horse Park for the deposit for the Senior Bonfire on
October 23, 2010. The account balance was $764.65 and now it is $264.65.

II. T-shirt Sales:
We received 117 orders and the order will be placed on 9-15-10. Hopefully, they will be in about two
weeks.

III. Parent T-shirts:
This was an idea that was mentioned for the parents of the Seniors to have their own t-shirt. This was not
approved.

IV. Senior Events: These are the events that the Seniors voted on:

Bonfire: October 23 from 8-11 p.m.	Contact person: Rhonda Robertson
Paintball: January or February (To Be Announced)	Contact person: Michelle Badger
Senior Field Day: April (To Be Announced)	Contact person: Denise Wharton
Six Flags: May 13 All Day	Contact person: Deborah Boyd
Baccalaureate: May 15 at 3:00 at Stonebriar	Contact person: Sarah McArdle

There were signup sheets available for parents to volunteer at any of these events.

Prom and Graduation events are handled by Centennial High School and Frisco ISD. Graduation: June 4
at 10:00.

V. Next Senior Event:
BONFIRE at Frisco Horse Park on October 23, 2010 from 8 - 11 p.m. and it is $10.00. This event will have
a hayride, music for dancing, a photo op area, bonfire and s'mores. We had available signup sheets for
the necessary items for this event. The items needed are drinks, ziploc baggies filled with 1 graham
cracker, 1/2 Hershey's chocolate bar, and 1 marshmallow, hangers, and gift cards for $15.00 for gas,
restaurants, etc. for drawings. All these items you can bring to the next meeting on October 11at 6:30
in the Library. If you are unable to attend, you may drop these items off at a board members home.

The tickets will go on sale ONLINE at our www.chsseniors.com page through PayPal. Please make sure
you type your Seniors name when you buy the students online ticket. The tickets will also go on sale at
lunchtime in October. We will have a check list the night of the Bonfire who bought tickets online as well
as a Senior check list. This event is only for Seniors at Centennial.

VI: Fundraisers:
The next fundraiser is at MOOYAH'S on September 27 from 4-10 p.m. This is also Meet the Teacher
Night.

VII. Miscellaneous:
A board position became available for Treasurer. Diana Stovall was nominated and elected to be
Treasurer.

The next meeting is October 11, 2010 (No School that day) at 6:30 in the library.
